Private sale and buyer-mandate review

Sell your Richard Mille watch privately

Passion Asset Advisory reviews Richard Mille watches for private sale and has an active buying mandate for the RM 67-01 Extra Flat in platinum. Active buying request

Is your platinum RM 67-01 wanted?

Passion Asset Advisory is seeking a Richard Mille RM 67-01 Extra Flat with a platinum case under a buyer mandate confirmed on 10 October 2026. This is a specific buying request, not a watch offered for sale. We review the exact configuration, condition, records and current buyer interest before proposing terms.

RM 67-01 Extra Flat: platinum case

State the case material, full reference, year if known, condition, strap, clasp and documents. No public price, deadline or set requirement has been specified. Tell us what you have rather than assuming a titanium, gold or other RM 67 model meets this request.

View the exact buying brief

The manufacturer's RM 67-01 technical page describes a platinum rotor inside the movement. That does not identify the case metal. A seller's short listing title or a silver-coloured case is not enough. Use the RM 67-01 reference guide to prepare the distinction.

On an agreed buyer-side acquisition mandate, the buyer pays our fee and the seller pays us no commission. If we are instead appointed to represent you as seller, different fees apply. Your written proposal must identify which route is being offered.

When is a private Richard Mille sale review a fit?

Our service fits owners who want a private, reference-level review before choosing a sale route. You may be responding to the platinum-case brief, reducing a collection or comparing a direct offer with a managed private placement. We review collector watches worth about $25,000 and above; a brand name alone does not establish eligibility or value.

  • Matching mandate: you can document a platinum-case RM 67-01 and want us to check buyer interest.
  • Another Richard Mille: you want a route review, not an assumed buyer for every model.
  • Incomplete records: you can identify what is missing and allow further checks before any proposal.
  • Not a fit: you need an unconditional online quote, guaranteed appreciation, same-day cash without inspection or a replica sale.

If you need a written insurance or estate value rather than a sale, request watch appraisal and valuation. If you want to buy, use collector-watch sourcing. A buyer mandate published on this page does not mean that we hold the watch in stock.

Identify before pricing

Passion Asset Advisory: Richard Mille sale checks

Identify the precise watch before comparing offers. Two examples with the same RM number can differ in case material, setting, dial details, strap, clasp, records and service needs. A titanium watch is not a platinum comparable. An original factory configuration and later modifications must also be described separately.

Photograph the dial, case sides, case back, crown, strap and clasp in clear light. Disclose known replacements, polishing and repairs. Do not open the watch yourself or commission cosmetic work merely to improve an enquiry photograph. A specialist may need to assess the case and movement before a firm decision.

Keep full serial numbers and personal ownership documents out of public listings. The initial form below is text only. We request photographs by email after the enquiry and explain any further information needed for the private review.

Direct sale, consignment or a buyer mandate?

Choose by the amount you would receive, the payment conditions and who represents you. A purchase offer is different from consignment: one names a buyer, while the other authorises a search for a buyer. Compare written terms before accepting a headline price or sending the watch.

A direct purchase

If we offer to purchase as disclosed principal, there is no seller commission; our margin is included in the offer. Payment follows within two business days after verification and agreed closing conditions. We do not promise a principal offer for every Richard Mille enquiry.

Seller-side private placement

Private placement is a confidential buyer search rather than a public stock listing. Our progressive success fee is 8% on the first $100,000, 6% on the next $400,000 and 4% on the remainder. No sale means no success fee. Agree any other costs and the outreach conditions in writing before work starts.

Buyer-side or seller-side funded-buyer work

The represented side determines the fee. On a buyer-side acquisition mandate, the buyer pays us and the seller has no brokerage commission to us. The separate seller-side funded-buyer service has a 5% success fee. We never advise both parties in the same transaction.

A dealer offer or auction proposal may also be worth comparing. Auctions have their own reserve, fees, exposure and settlement dates; an estimate is not guaranteed proceeds. Use our watch net-proceeds calculator for hypothetical fee arithmetic, then ask for the actual costs of your chosen route.

How Passion Asset Advisory reviews an RM offer

We separate asking prices, completed sales and the offer available for your exact watch. The reference, case material, configuration and condition must be comparable. A removed online listing does not prove a completed sale. An auction buyer's total may include a premium that the seller does not receive.

The Richard Mille valuation guide explains those evidence limits. A written net estimate states its assumptions and the applicable fee. It is not a promise that every buyer will pay that amount. If relevant evidence is too limited to support a figure, the review should say so.

Our provider comparison for Richard Mille sellers helps you compare the represented side, inspection, costs and completion conditions. A familiar brand name or a listed RM does not establish an offer for your watch.

Once complete details and usable photographs are available, our published service provides a written offer or net estimate within one business day. That response is separate from inspection, finding a buyer or completing a sale. The accepted agreement states the actual payment trigger.

How do you sell a Richard Mille safely online?

Start remotely, but do not move the watch until the counterparty and written terms are clear. Confirm the price or placement scope, insured custody, inspection location, return conditions and payment trigger. Verify changed payment instructions through the agreed contact channel. A screenshot of a transfer is not proof of cleared funds.

We arrange and pay for insured transfer to inspection and independent inspection on our direct-purchase and private-placement routes. The written terms confirm the practical arrangements before collection. The conditions for a buyer-side mandate must also be recorded before any handover; a general website description is not a shipping instruction.

Owners in the US or another country can start with an online enquiry. Our office is in Prague, not a walk-in dealer in every city. Tell us where the watch is located. We confirm engagement availability, inspection, currency and cross-border responsibilities before proceeding. We do not promise a local cash transaction or tax-free transfer.

Richard Mille seller questions

Questions before you sell

Where can I sell my Richard Mille watch?

You can compare a specialist dealer's purchase offer, private placement and an auction proposal. Passion Asset Advisory provides a private review of the exact reference and available routes, with role, fees and seller net disclosed. We also have a specific platinum-case RM 67-01 buying mandate. Choose by written terms and inspection conditions, not a broad promise of the highest price.

Does the RM 67-01 mandate include titanium or gold watches?

No. The current request specifies a platinum case. A platinum rotor in the movement does not make a titanium or gold case a match. Other RM 67-01 versions can receive a separate seller review, but there is no implied buyer mandate for them. Send the full reference, material and records for the fit check.

Can I sell a Richard Mille without its box or papers?

You can ask for a review, but describe the missing items accurately. The route, inspection and any offer depend on the watch and available evidence. We have not published a full-set requirement for the platinum RM 67-01 brief. That does not guarantee acceptance of a watch without records. Originality and ownership still need to be reviewed.

Should I consign my Richard Mille or accept a cash offer?

Compare the written net and your timing needs. An accepted direct offer names the buyer and payment conditions. Consignment or private placement still depends on finding a buyer and completing the sale. Subtract the actual fee and agreed costs before comparing figures. A higher asking price with no buyer is not necessarily a better result.

Can you give an instant guaranteed price for my RM?

No. Photographs and reference details support an initial review, not a complete physical inspection. We provide a written offer or net estimate after complete information and explain its conditions. A sale cannot be guaranteed by model name, a listing price or the presence of original papers alone.

Are you an authorised Richard Mille dealer?

No. We are a private collector-watch brokerage, not an authorised Richard Mille dealer or an affiliate of the manufacturer. Model information is used to identify the watch, not to imply endorsement. Our proposal states whether we act for a buyer, represent you as seller or purchase as disclosed principal.
