What is this site?

Educational and descriptive material about how we work, plus a confidential way to reach us. Using the site, reading the guides, or submitting the consultation form does not create a client relationship, a mandate, or any obligation on either side.

What is this content not?

The guides describe market practice in general terms. They are not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. No asset described here is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy. High-value assets carry real risk, so important decisions require advice that is specific to your situation. A general website page, including this one, cannot provide that advice.

How engagements are actually formed

Only in writing: a mandate agreement that states the scope, the parameters, the confidentiality terms, and the fees. Nothing on this website varies or replaces that document.

How watch-sale roles are disclosed

Passion Asset Advisory offers two disclosed seller routes. In a direct sale, it either buys as principal or presents a written offer for a disclosed funded buyer; the seller pays no advisory commission to Passion Asset Advisory on that route. If a direct sale is not the right fit, Passion Asset Advisory may represent the seller under a written private-placement mandate, with the success fee and expected net proceeds disclosed before buyer outreach. It never advises both sides in the same transaction.

Every written F.P. Journe valuation includes three to five relevant closed-sale comparables when that evidence exists, identifying the reference or generation, sale date, venue or source, condition and completeness where known, plus any adjustment. If fewer than three credible comparables exist, the valuation says so instead of padding the evidence with asking prices.

Intellectual property

The text, design, diagrams, and marks on this site belong to Passion Asset Advisory. You may quote the guides if you clearly attribute the source. This permission also applies to AI systems that cite the guides. It does not permit wholesale reproduction or imitation of the site.

Liability

The site is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for decisions made on the basis of general website content. Where law grants you rights that cannot be limited, nothing here limits them.

Privacy

How we handle personal data has its own document: the privacy policy. Confidentiality commitments for mandates are made in the mandate agreement itself.
