Sale & Consignment

Discreet consignment and private sale for rare passion assets

Passion Asset Advisory sells jets, yachts, art, watches, rare bags, and collector cars on behalf of private owners. We provide valuation guidance grounded in real transactions, review documentation before buyers see anything, match assets to qualified buyers through private networks, position everything confidentially, negotiate on your behalf, and coordinate the transaction to completion.

What we sell

Which assets do we accept for private sale?

We accept sale and consignment mandates across our six categories — private jets, yachts, art, watches, bags, and collector cars — wherever we can verify documentation and reach genuine buyers. If an asset falls outside these categories, or its papers cannot be verified, we will say so directly rather than waste your time.

Private Jets

Confidential aircraft sale: records prepared, qualified buyers approached, negotiation handled away from the market's eyes.

Super Yachts

Valuation against closed sales, survey and refit records organized, discreet positioning to vetted buyers.

Art

Auction versus private sale decided on evidence, single works or whole collections, provenance reviewed first.

Luxury Watches

Authenticated, documented, and matched to private collectors. Consignment or direct sale — whichever serves you.

Sell a watch

Luxury Bags

Authentication, condition grading, and private resale of Hermès, Chanel, and rare leather goods.

Collector Cars

Private sale or consignment to qualified collectors — history file organized, matching numbers confirmed, and negotiation handled on your side only.

Why not list publicly?

Because a public listing costs more than it appears to. It exposes your identity and your pricing flexibility. It invites unqualified inquiries that consume time. And if the asset sits visibly unsold, the market reads weakness into it — which buyers then price in.

Private sale reverses each of those dynamics: your name stays out of the market, only vetted buyers see the asset, and the negotiating position stays intact. Public exposure remains an available tool — but used deliberately, at the right moment, not as the default.

How does private consignment work?

Private consignment runs in six steps: a confidential review of the asset and its documentation, a valuation grounded in closed sales, preparation before any buyer looks, selective approaches to qualified buyers, negotiation handled by the office, and coordinated completion. Nothing is published at any stage without your explicit approval.

  • Confidential review — you tell us what you own; we assess documentation, condition, and the realistic market
  • Valuation and strategy — a grounded range and a sale plan agreed with you before anything moves
  • Preparation — records organized, condition documented, gaps addressed before buyers ask
  • Buyer matching — qualified buyers approached privately, one at a time or in a controlled process
  • Negotiation — offers managed by the office; you see terms, not pressure
  • Completion — contracts, escrow, inspection, and logistics coordinated through closing

How does valuation work?

Valuation starts from closed comparable transactions — what assets like yours actually sold for, not what hopeful sellers are asking. We adjust for condition, documentation quality, configuration or specification, and current buyer demand in your category. You receive a realistic range with the evidence behind it.

If our number is lower than you hoped, you will hear why, with comparables. We would rather lose a mandate honestly than win one with a valuation we cannot defend to a buyer.

How is confidentiality protected?

Asset details are shared on a need-to-know basis with vetted buyers only, and only after you approve the approach. Your identity is not disclosed until you decide it should be — many transactions complete with the parties meeting only at signing. Nothing is photographed, published, or marketed without explicit instruction.

What documents are needed?

It depends on the asset, but the principle is constant: complete documentation sells, and gaps discount. Across categories we typically assemble proof of ownership, purchase records and provenance, service or maintenance history, and any certificates, boxes, or papers. We tell you exactly what your asset needs before any buyer sees it:

  • Jets — registration, maintenance records, airframe and engine status, ownership documentation
  • Yachts — registration, classification, survey history, refit records, charter history if any
  • Art — provenance documentation, certificates, condition reports, exhibition and literature history
  • Watches — box and papers, service records, purchase documentation where available
  • Bags — original receipt where available, authenticity cards, condition history

Missing documents are not necessarily fatal — but tell us early, and we will tell you what they cost and what can be reconstructed.

Your asset is never marketed without approval

Submitting an asset for review creates no obligation and no exposure. The review is confidential, the valuation is yours to act on or not, and nothing reaches a buyer — or anyone else — until you instruct us.

Begin privately

Submit your asset for private review.

Tell us what you own and what outcome you want. We respond with a confidential assessment: realistic value, sale strategy, and what we would need from you.

All inquiries are handled privately. Asset details are not published, shared, or marketed without explicit client approval.
